Due to the intimate nature of our products, Jockstraps.com accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, any items that have been tried on or removed from sealed packaging are ineligible for return or exchange.

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

Ensure all garments are in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all tags and hygienic liners intact.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip before shipping the package to our designated processing center via a tracked carrier.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our warehouse inspects the return for hygiene compliance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
